Try disconnecting then reloading the game. Quick fix: We're fairly certain the character wasn't actually deleted but that this is due to server stress. Some players get an error message saying the character data can't be found. Summary: After creating a character, players are not able to find that character when logging back into the game. We'll share more when a fix is available. Quick fix: As above, the servers are being slammed at the moment. Summary: Players who have created a character are told their character is already in a game on the server. For now, try waiting a few minutes then closing and re-opening the game. Reboot the game or play in offline mode to fix it. Quick fix: This seems to only happen when trying to play online.
